Delete Your Account

Email contact@humanosx.app with the subject line "Delete my HumanosX account". If possible, send the request from the email address connected to your HumanosX account.

We may ask you to confirm the request or verify account ownership before deleting data. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion.

Deletion may include account-associated personal data such as:

• Account profile information and app preferences.
• Active mission, goals, and onboarding data.
• Fitness plans, workout sessions, exercise history, XP/progress, and sync records.
• Nutrition targets, meal logs, product scans, barcode history, and food-related entries.
• Body scan records, derived reports, capture-quality metadata, priority muscle groups, and scan-driven plan adjustments. HumanosX does not intentionally retain raw body photos in account history after analysis.
• Location-based saved places, reports, or HX Map personalization tied to your account.
• AI Coach summaries, generated recommendations, and related account-specific app data.

Some information may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, backup, or transaction purposes. Examples may include App Store transaction records handled by Apple, support history, security logs, and de-identified or aggregated operational data.

Deleted information may also remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups are overwritten through normal retention cycles.

Deleting your HumanosX account may not automatically cancel subscriptions or purchases managed by Apple. You may need to cancel through your App Store account settings. Contact support if you need help identifying the right path.

We review deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. We will confirm when the request has been completed or if additional verification is needed.
