What the system optimizes
The objective is not to maximize one isolated score. It is to provide food a person can cook and eat while supporting the selected training protocol. The system therefore solves several constraints together:
- Daily energy and macros: protein, carbohydrate, and fat must fit the member target; training days can carry more carbohydrate.
- Weekly adequacy: every scored micronutrient must average at least 100% of its age- and sex-specific reference target in every overlapping seven-day window.
- Safety: applicable all-source upper limits and the sodium ceiling are hard checks, not warnings.
- Food quality: whole and minimally processed staples lead—organic quinoa, lentils, sweet potato, intact fruit, cruciferous vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil, nuts and seeds.
- Protein quality and sourcing: pasture-raised eggs and poultry, regenerative 100% grass-fed and grass-finished ruminants, wild seafood, fermented soy and cultured dairy are used according to diet.
- Usability: every served meal needs a complete recipe, ready image, feasible portion, dinner continuity, and a preparation time of 25 minutes or less.
Important distinction: macros close daily. Micronutrients close across every rolling seven-day period because food-based adequacy is a pattern, while daily upper-limit safety remains enforced.
How a member target becomes a plate
- The selected mission supplies its actual workout frequency and step floor.
- Mifflin–St Jeor estimates resting energy; the authored protocol load supplies the initial activity estimate.
- The mission applies a bounded surplus, deficit, or maintenance target.
- Protein is anchored to a practical planning weight; fat receives a minimum; carbohydrate receives the remaining training fuel.
- The serving engine changes only appropriate ingredient levers and respects ingredient-specific minimums, maximums, and step sizes.
- Trusted weight trends can replace the formula estimate with measured maintenance, preventing a static calculator from overruling real response.
For a 5 ft 9 in, 170 lb, age-30 male in Jacked, the revised initial estimate is approximately 2,830 kcal, 170 g protein, 360 g carbohydrate, and 79 g fat. The carbohydrate target is about 4.7 g/kg—inside the range commonly used for demanding resistance training—then adjusted over time by observed weight and adherence rather than treated as an eternal truth.
Absorption is checked at the meal level
Ingredient totals alone can hide poor pairings. HumanosX checks scaled meals for self-limiting combinations and favors useful pairings: vitamin-C-rich produce alongside plant iron; enough dietary fat for fat-soluble nutrients; cultured and fermented foods; and separation of competing mineral loads when the conflict is meaningful. These rules improve the odds that a nutrient-dense ingredient list remains nutritionally coherent after personalization.
The system does not claim to calculate an individual person's exact absorption. Human bioavailability varies. It identifies established enhancers and inhibitors and rejects avoidable, structurally poor combinations.

Limits and responsible use
This is a general wellness system, not medical nutrition therapy. Food composition varies by cultivar, season, brand, and preparation. Pregnancy, kidney disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disease, eating disorders, allergies, medications, and other clinical circumstances can require individualized care. HX scores are internal decision aids tied to a documented contract; they are not a recognized clinical scale or a substitute for a registered dietitian or physician.
